I actually like the sound of Mikes T4, it will certainly be a nicely presented package as far as fitment goes. External gating presents a load of horrible challenges which i personally think will be a bit of a shame on your car.
However, its all about what YOU want Steve, so give me a shout when you get time and lets bolt something a little bigger on mate.

you mean this wee beastie??
She is currently sat on my drive minus 2 driveshafts and a front diff, but is now sporting a T5 for proper wheel drive and has a couple of snags to fix, loose ex manifold+blowing gaskets , need a decent mount for the T5 box in the 4x4 shell, waiting for a bit off ford for that, and a few bits like a heatsheild etc, then its good to go 38PSI of T4 , but i'm sure you remember that - sure you will make it's aquaintance again soon when it gets ALS and LC

only things missing are the big brakes that ste had back, and a poxy 4x4 drivetrain, now a Real wheel drive car, going to have to sort a brom beam though as I don't think a 7" diff is going to put up a fight for long
Although I do have a 25/26mm ported head , a BD 16 inlet and 14 exhaust cam and a GT35 sat in my bedroom looking quite bored must resist

shhhhh mate, I think I have more cossie bits in my room than Paul and pete put together got 8 rondell 122's in the loft , a long studded 200 block , WRC head, H section rods, GT35, WRC manifold, 2 x cranks, about a million autometer guages, a P8 super 8 ALS, 2 sets of greens, 2 x escort cossie front spoliers, 3x cam covers, a brand new saff front bumper, a rouse sport rear spoiler and bootlid, ............. and that is just off the top of my head....
Not to mention in my front room the pile of bits for the escos, AP 362mm 6 pots, a thickwall front diff, Adj TCA's + poly bushes, a T38 turbo, full engine rebuild kit, ANOTHER 200 long studded block and loads and loads of other bits and bobs ..... shocking....
oh and a spare saff, behind the silver one

I'm running a GT30 hybrid core in a standard bolt on fit (yes you heard lol) housing on my Sccob currently. 1bar at 2700-2800rpm, full boost (1.5bar) at 3000rpm. 480bhp @ Fly at only 1.38bar boost (was on a hub dyno the other day and got 395 ATW) due to not having a strong enough actuator. This core will run 2bar all day, go figure what it would be capable of at this boost level (it made just under 400bhp at 1bar).
I am about to bang a different core in (but still a GT30 hybrid) and wind the boost up. The aim is to have the same response as present and make about 550bhp on pump fuel...... this will still be using a GT30 type core.
Plenty of life in a quick response GT30 Hybrid turbo me thinks.

My favourite saff this was until you got your
hands on it Will.
Leave that girlie car in pieces and put some cash into the proper car.

well, it's currently running cossie forged pistons 7.5:1 ish I think, have to check the build sheet, T4 ( unsure of trims) with 1000cc injectors, ported head, STD cams I belive, 2wd manifold with a 3" downpipe, and holds 38Psi ... Next area for development is going to be the rear end, what diff/beam do you run? ... Also I think the Std 4x4 brakes will need upgrading sooner rarther than later
Deffo going to get Stus ALS and LC as well as soon as I have 2 pennies to rub together again

whens that happening?? I take it you don't launch yours then? And remember im on a 7" diff due to it being a 4x4 saff with a T5 box in until I sort a more permanant solution

I never launch it and have never floored it in 2nd gear either.
A 2wd diff should get you by
