Cars they should have built:
1. Escort Cosworth Carbriolet
Great way to make a fairly lardy and moderately well handling car which is well respected into a very lardy poor handling car that everyone laughs at.

Im glad they didnt make that one personally!

Ford should have made the escort cosworth actually a car with modern technology, not just chopped up a shitty old sierra and put it in a pretty dress.

So on my list I would have:
An escort cosworth that was up to date with technology (evos and scoobies and skylines etc) at time of release
im glad they didnt, that would be wank

Im fairly sure they only did the 309 mi16 and never the 205 even on the continent.

The only turbo 205 was the 8v TT one and the group b ones (which were mid engined and sold here too IIRC)
i will have to hunt for it.im 95 per cent certain they did.unfortunately i was a memeber of the peugeot sport club for a bit and they had pics etc.

Without doubt in my mind, they need to revive the
Cosworth name in Fords..

the Focus RS is GREAT... as long as they just inteded it to be the new RS turbo... a proper cosworth is needed IMO.. 4x4 and 300 bhp +
4cyl and no penny pinching on the engine either!!!

proper internals just like the YB had (strength wise that is)

I say 4x4 cosworth/turbo focus
