20K+ Super Poster.
It is 3 years to INITIATE claim, my last one took 4 years to finish, ahd to take the MIB to court in the end, COUNTY COURT.
Get a no win no fee arangement, consultation will also be free, oitherwise go to a solicitor for a FIXED FEE INTERVIEW(£5).
Get a specialist accident claims one not a general one.
Also when you are sent ot see a DOCTOR for the MEDICO LEGAL REPORT, make sure it is an A+E specialist PRIVATELY as these are way way better, GP's are NOT very good at this, you can choose your doctor,(A+E) so long as he does not know you, but besty to let other side agree first on which doctor or it messes thing a bit.
