ANYONE CAN LOOSE WEIGHT, people who cant aint trying hard enough and lying to themselves

you cant look at a 50% fat free chocolate shake and think " yum this is healthy,,,,, ill drink 5 of em " and then moan you dont loosed weight

the difference is diet WONT increase the slow metabilism your body has created so you need to supress your appetite aswell as GOOD excercise to get your metablism up higher and let you body burn the fat

to gain weight you had to stop being active and double your food intake,,, it happened of a period of time too,, to change that you need to reverse it


my missus is now starting to panic a little as shes noticed that shes gaining fat tissue,,,, now shes a tall slim build and you dont notice it but shes always had a body she could wear a bikini in and not have fat rolls on the tummy,,,, and shes had a kid

now its catching up with her and so shes gonna make time to fight it rather than let it go

the microwave meals ect you get in supermarkets also are not as good for you as cookin food from scratch due to the fat contents being different due to the food being designed to have long shelf lifes aswell as be sold cheep

start cooking like you mum and dad did when you was growing up, do 4 hours of excersise a week MIN and eat more but smaller portions during the day and dont eat after 8pm and you WILL loose weight,,, dont cheat on it as just like if you cheat on your partner,,, you WILL get caught ,,,, and your lying to nobody but youself


oh last thing,, i REALLY hate people who lie to there mates about the way they look due to them not being bothered as its not them,,, if anyone i know looks bad in something i will tell them and if they start getting bad i will try and help them and the MAIN thing i also do is
