help.ive been waiting for karl to send me a new chip for my escos,karl is on holiday and it hasnt turned up.so iam now in da shite.i need it for wednesday. basic spec 7.3 to 1 comp,as 27 cams.27mm inlet 26mm exhaust ports,gt 30 turbo,301 83lb siemens injectors.has anybody got one they can loan me or sell me.doug sterling possibly?>

 

 

dougs was live mapped specifically to his head specs etc, I wouldnt trust his chip on your car even if he would lend you it!

 

Lloyd, also my injectors are MSD 1000cc so I dont think it would be a good idea TBH.

not to hold at wot. just to get it running and test the gearbox,ie /for water leaks ,minor faults. general shakedown.

i made it to brunters but the escos didnt,thanks for your offer to help stu,i thought that because you hadnt used the as27 cams before you would not have a base map for the engine.on reflection so few people actually attended that i might have been pushed to give it some timed runs.nobody got within the 1/4 mile qualifying time required for totb.

Not to worry pal. Just thought as you hadnt planned to actually thrash it i would have loaned your something to get some miles on her as i said in PM. The file would have been within 10% of perfect as long as i knew the cam specs, i just didnt want you trying to do 190 down the straight with it.
