Default PC Based Navigation software?

i'm after some route planning/nav software that can preferably take a GPS input for live directions (not vital tho)

needs to run on a shit laptop (so NOT autoroure 2005 ) and preferably have a small footprint on the HDD, as ive only got 400mb free on the drive! lol

don't think you'll find a PC based one with a small footprint. InfoMap Navigator is very good though.

Do any of these have TALKING instructions???

As Autoroute 2004 only showd the route on the map, gave you the instructions, but only showd you where you were via the GPS, not actually updated the instructions
