Look on it like this, for her it will not be hard to move onto someone else.

She will have decided a while ago she wanted out and just needed to pick the time.

For her, you and her have grown apart and she was ready to move on, she may have met this bloke before and maybe not, who knows, but either way, your better out of a relationship that wasn't going to run the course than stuck in it dealing with resentment.

Forget all about her, dont ponder on it, get out and enjoy yuorself and when you least expect it, a new person will come into your life and you will look back and think "thank foook I am out of that relationship"
