Feista RST missfire/holding back on boost. any ideas??

Feista RST missfire/holding back on boost. any ideas??
From what i can see the engine is standard apart form an exsaust, filter and badge injectors.
apparently its was chipped before and the chip balled up so the standard chip was refitted. but it never saw the rollers for a set up,
when i went to view the car is drove fine, i picked it up today and it missed on boost from the mateys drive way.
any ideas anyone??

yer i though that would be the half of it but it ran ok on the road test,
i knew from the start that would be ideal, im gunna get it r/r next week just to see if theres anything that can be done. in the way of a set up
