Songs you would have played at....
...your wedding, and also your funeral?
Interesting subject discussed at work today
So what would you have?
Wedding - The theme from TOP GUN, followed by an upbeat rock song of some description (I couldn't actually decide which)
Funeral - There's a few for me here - "Great Gig In The Sky", "Comfortably Numb" and "Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd, along with "Dissapear" by Dream Theater, maybe with "Space Dye Vest" also by Dream Theater....
Et toi?

A friend of a friend had sweet like chocolate at a funeral, not sure on that...
Our wedding was a church job, the only one I remember was he's got the whole world in his hands - we all knew it from school, so it was nice to have people actually singing rather than pretending

wedding - wifey let me choose almost all of them, too many "interesting choices" to mention
funeral...

I don't want a funeral. A funeral is a time for family who you haven't seen in 25 years to gather round and with there "Best suit" on and talk about the past. Then there's the other lot who only ever came round at christmas and came out with the 'Who's this one again, It''s ben isn't it'. which they thought made them look interested. If they was interested they would show up more than once a year. And then they will almost certaintly start some pathetic speach with 'If only he knew how much he meant to us'. Well maybe if you showed up more than once a year I would of known and then you could of started your speach with 'He knew'. Most of them only go to your funeral for the free beer and food and I won't be giving them the satisfaction. Chuck me into the river mersey and I'll be happy. I don't want a grave where family come every year for christmas to tell me how much I'm missed. Things won't be any different from when I was alive. You turn up once a year... Pretend you have missed me and then fuck off again for another year. Thanks.... BUT NO THANKS!

At my friends funeral on thurs, we were all wearing jeans, t-shirts and trainers, then had a good drink in his honour
he was into dirt jumping, so his ashes are gonna be spread over the local jumps/trails that he put a lot of work into helping build.
