superchips chip identification

the chip i hav is supposed 2 b a 195 chip is there any way of telling if it is or not,also is there any way of checking if its working or not

Superchips is a brand of Superchips the company, is it an EECIV plug in module - they usually had the logo embossed on the casing.

There should be a sticker on there, heres what mine looked like.
