Uses them for what?
I have had bits and pieces off nearly every Cossie tuner you mention and if you count help and advice, that would include Mark at MAD and Alan at AVA .
Each has an area of expertise that can be utilised, so it seems silly to limit yourself to one person for everything single thing. Obviously if it is anything to do with engine building / cam or turbo speccing, then I ONLY ever use Harvey, but that is my preferred choice from the trust and rapore I have built up over the years. However, I still bounce ideas off Martin Hadland and he is another trusted person you can't go wrong with .
The only Cossie people I haven't used for ANYTHING are: Engine Advantages, Bluesprint, Field Motorsport and Julian Godfrey, but that is mainly because once I find someone that I can trust to do things how I would do them myself, I have never had any reason to go outside my comfort zone . But as said, that doesn't stop me from using other people for their areas of expertise .

I have to mention that although MSD are responsible for the tuning of my Saff (it has an MSD chip) SCC have been responsible for looking after my RS's for the last 5 years
big up to Rob, pat, matt, steve B and all who have worked on my car there over the last few years

I mainly buy parts from MSD & stu has been of great help on the phone a few times. Other than that i've had good service from Graham Goode as well.
The fact i live in N Ireland means there's virtually NO tuners on the scale of those in England etc. There's SG-Performance, (Steven Gault) who is a really top man and know's his stuff although mainly specialises in race cars but i use him to check fuelling etc when i get paranoid
And then there's AI Autosport who are the main autronics dealer and who i think Mark Shead knows quite well, they are sorting a 4x4 rolling road soon with new premises so hopefully they'll be of great use in the future
