It is true about what is cleansed but that normally sits there so you may well be 5lb lighter after it but give it a couple of days and you will be back at the same weight! Its not true weight loss but can give that effect in the short term

My g/f's mate gets it done (was going to say I give her shit for it but thats terrible), instead I have to pretend I don't know when she visits!

Cheaper Method - When I was a kid there was a fountain in a public park (its still there but it has trolleys and scag needles in it now cos this was like over 10 years ago)

All the kids would sit on the fountain and lean back and forward to make water shoot out of the corresponding direction. Was funny (at the time cos I was a kid) made you look like you were doing a massive piss.

Anyway I shortly after had to run a mile to get home and only just made it to the toilet.

I cant remember whether I felt better for it, was not a nice experience though.
