rite i have all the bits but what size to u have to drill the old holes out too????
any help would be greatly appreciated

i think i drilled mine out to a 12mm best way is to run a drill bit through to take thread out and see if yours fit then if not increase a mm at a time to they do. its easier to use a wheel nut to pull stud through rather than hammering them in and less likely to damage anything

Or, you can contact someone like Keeef @ Elitedirect.com and get him to send you the conversion studs I use. You wind them into the flange from the rear using some red lock-thread. Then, you peen the 1st thread over @ the front of the flange to make definitely secure (well, I do anyway). Then fit everything back up. No drilling or anything, and you can always remove them if necessary to refit original-style wheels (unless you have peened them over, then it is harder to remove them).
The problem with drilling the original flange is that the MK5 studs have a fine seration designed for MK5 flanges. The problem with using them on a MK4 that has been drilled is if they decide to spin in the hole @ a late stage when trying to remove or refit a wheel. 70lb ft torque on a torque-wrench can cause them to slip.

not if u tack weld the backs
or get mega tight fir this is a budget thing its 4 my xr3i so no std wheels will ever see that car again it was winter pack they were steels lol
