In fairness to Lee. I was anti Plastic but having recently handled some expensive ones. They can be very cool. And if it gives the girl extra confidence (and hence more sexual confidence) then great.
But its the Nipple/aerola that is the secret to this. If they are badly done they end up looking shitty. I can tolerate slighlty odd looking boobs, but if the nips are crap and the aerolas the size of my fist then its such a turn off!

My boobs weren't symetrical before I had them done and this has been corrected by my operation
I totally agree that it depends where you get them done and by whom as to what the end result will be
All I can say is that I'm MEGA happy with mine

well all I can say is that I wasn't too fussed whether Claire got them done or not at the time but THANK FOOK SHE DID!!!! What a pair, I can lose my face in them and they feel VERY real!! They aren't cold, they aren't hard and her surgeon done a mint job as she hasn't lost any sensation!!
