I run 330's and Porsche calipers on mine with 4x4 rears and she stops damn well!

I've got Wilwood 330's & 6 pots on another car and the quality of the kit is excellent.

Not tries AP's, so can't comment.

Euan,
You answered your own question you nuggart, you removed the original bias valve, so of course you will have issues then .

My Sapphire didn't crash due to LACK of braking, in fact completely the opposite . I jumped on the brakes (as per usual), expecting the ABS to sort it all out, and the Performance Friction pads / APs did their stuff, but I forgot that I had switched off the ABS .

We removed the bias valve when I still had the standard rear set up to try and get some heat in the rear brakes.

Mike,

why did you switch the abs off or had you just come off a track day as i know people tend to want no abs when on track for some reason

Euan,
Well by removing it, you cetainly achieved your aim . But if this is retained, then there is no issues, even when going to 300mm diameter .

Because around town I found that the ABS would kick-back on the peddle just as you came to a halt, which was really annoying, so I used to switch it off when I drove around town etc. I later found out that the sensors just needed a good clean .

Luke,

If you have wheels that will take them I can supply a 362mm brake kit using AP discs and rather spunky Brembo 4 pot radial mount calipers for £1375 inc Vat... I have pictures if needed...
