Agree with Rudey on the point how many times have you actually used your "arts", they are great for training in a controlled environment but it dont prepare you for real situations as some instructors would lead you to believe.

simboima i was in a situation once when i work,d pontins south coast thier was me and 5 (showtime security) bouncers what happend was a pissed up pikey put a bird on his shoulders fell over she cracked her head off table and was knocked out we had to escort medic thru a capacity club house to the injured party well the ladz i was working with were old school bromley/croyden doormen 40+ well we had to part the crowds around and a young mouthy fook got pushed over by 1 of the doormen well he got up "who the fack you think your pushin kant" after that all the doormen met outside and were swiftly followed by a crowd of 100+ pikeys was a proppa stand off all in a line paul 1 of the ladz turns to me and says right jump in swinging as were gonna get a fuckin pasteing they say martial arts are no good i disagree we all lernt hedgehog style that night and swiftly made like balls

Its bollox them what say its no good. Whoever says that aint good at it imo. Its certainley helped me when in sticky situs round town
