I was quite surprised at how lumpy the royale seemed compared to my Destiny and other zymol waxes and it was definetly not as easy to apply which now makes me understand posts when people state that the high end glazes are not easy to work with....
vs

I was quite surprised at how nice the Comfort Vaporesse Lily & riceflower smelt compared to water, which smells of nothing and it was definetly not as easy to pour into the iron, due to the fact that I am a cockmaster. Which now makes me understand posts when people state that the high end Ironing Waters are not easy to work with....

Perhaps, but the detail still made it look different. It certainly never arrived with that mirror finish

Any ide what a "detail" costs? And why is "detailing" getting talked about more? Is it just me that didnt know what it was before?

its a lot of money! the wax stuff is about 2k on its own! i think that matey charges 10k to do a "proper" detail on a car. But even the word "detail" sounds complete gom lordness to me.

On a 16k car, what the point???

yeah, but DEFFO worth doing (although not worth 10k) on a car like that though. I just wax my 3dr and s1 over with £15 poorboys, and looks good enough to me!

Thats my point... The wax he used zymol royale is £7118 a pot with free Delivery.

God alone knows what the rest of products he used adds up too.

Maybe just maybe on a Ferrari or Lambo or Bently etc, but fuk me on an Asteroid? Sorry i'd want to be able to put my hand thru the paintwork.

I dont get it, I really dont get it.
