anyone know about rotastak hamster cages
see em on the net,,,, do they all join and make a super hampster world ???
my little girl wants a hamster so i wanna get her one,,,, but would like to get a big arse g
cage for her and maybe a few hamsters also
anyone know about em ?

them things are ace! yes, its like hampster lego! well addictive, lol.
i got all creative and combined some of that stuff with a conventional cage, with a massive long tube going from the cage to the rotastack stuff i put on the roof of the (big) cage.
hampster was far from stupid, used to move all his food to one compartment, poo in another one, move all its bedding out the house in the main cage up the slope and sleep in another, and so on, was the neatest tidyest hampster ever, lol.

si i can join it all cool
can hamsters live together or not ( i know its a silly question perhaps but my only caged pets ive owned are king snakes,,,, and they eat each other

some hamsters can, like Russian Dwarfs, but Syrians cant.
Rotastack can be easy for the hamster to escape from as well if you arent careful..
oh, they have sharp teeth

some can, some cant. think its the russian little ones that can.
my one was one of the bigger ones so couldnt (well, when we bought it from the petshop it was with about 10others so im confused ) but the thing was nuts, proper entertaining anyhow so didnt need more than one.

so im looking for russian ones,,, or is one enough ?
my snake was fucking boring and done nothing but sleep unless she was hungry
the thing is my little one wants a hamster and a pony

I've got a standard metal cage at the bottom and rotastak on top so he can hide in the rotastak then go for a run about in the large metal cage at the bottom. The thing's about 4ft tall
My hamster is on his last legs now, had him nearly 3 years!

Yeah there good.....
You can build them to suit there needs and where you are going to put it.
Our first hamster loved it, we had 5 tier section with maze and 'burrow basement' and a kidney shaped unit and the triangular cage.
Took agaes to clean them out but the job was more pleasant as all the 'crap and urine' was in one area, also you can clean 90% of it without disturbing the hamster as you can block the tubes off.
Our newest hamster is a Russian dwarf and can't climb the tubes, so we have to seperate cages joined by a tube.
Mix and match
