Default what power for standard engine and transmission

may have been asked before but what does everyone think you could safely and reliably run power wise on a standard compression engine with standard transmission??

im running stage 3 on my saph 4x4
stus closed loop chip
greens
3 bar
group a head gasket
uprated rocker gasket
uprated fuel pump
T34.63
and ive got 321bhp and the flywheel with about 320lbs of torque
