what power for standard engine and transmission

what power for standard engine and transmission
may have been asked before but what does everyone think you could safely and reliably run power wise on a standard compression engine with standard transmission??
im running stage 3 on my saph 4x4
stus closed loop chip
greens
3 bar
group a head gasket
uprated rocker gasket
uprated fuel pump
T34.63
and ive got 321bhp and the flywheel with about 320lbs of torque
