You could get yourself out to one of the De Vere hotels for a long weekend??

There normally out in the middle of nowhere, and they have loads of activities to do ie. walking, quads, relaxation stuff etc. And the service is second to none!!

Me and the Mrs went to Slaley Hall in Northumberland for the weekend and it was awesome, really relaxing.

With the added bonus that because it's in the middle of nowhere you don't have all the every rubbish with traffic etc. you can park your car up when you get there and not touch it til you come home!!

Plus if you fancy it i'm a member, so i can let you know the codes to put
in over the net and you recieve discount on your stay

Here's the link to the one we went to.................

Thanks for all your suggestions people, there are some really excellent ones that have given us some great ideas for future breaks. We have decided to try Center Parcs with it being quite local and good value for money. Looks an ideal place to do sod all when you want to, but has plenty of activities if your interested. Should be a great place to mess about with my camera too.

Thanks again for all your kind suggestions, i appreciate your time.

Get your camera together Stu and head off for Barcelona

Get round the Camp Nou, have some good food, check out the art around the City

Or, the Lakes maybe? Bit of fresh air, good scenery, take it easy
