Keith Cowies Skyline did 8.86@161mph in his R32GTR
At Shakespear County Raceway on Saturday.
On street legal tyres!
Thats fast.
I dont give a toss about drag racing anymore really, but thats fucking quick!
1.4 60ft isnt shy either.
Heres the slip...

A mate of mine was running his car in teh street racer class and he mentioned a very fast Skyline.
Apperently he took a passenger on one run which I assume was for altering the map
How the fook can you find time to adjust anything when your doing 160 in less than 9 seconds

Whats road tyres though mate ?
4 MT drag radials are road legal but there not exactly a set of Yoko A539's
As the Golf ran a 1.4 60ft last week I would expect a 4wd to hook up better, there are plenty of untubbed rwd cars running into the 1.4's on street tyres so no reason why I should expect a 4wd to do better than that.

Regarding untubbed cars running 1.4 60ft's, just look at my mates Corvette 1.4 60ft's on street tyres when they dont put sand down on the startline

The late nights over winter paid off! BIG WELL DONE to keith and proud to of contributed to such an impressive car thats not built on an open budget.
There's still more in that car and some of that is in the 60ft.
