Default Virus help PLEASE - SORTED :)

I seem to have aquirred a pop up type virus.

Also, this virus changes images on normal pages such as signatures
on passionford.

Tried adaware, spybot and a corporate version of AVG antivirus.
All come up clean

Only happens in about 1 in 10 pages though !

Still got it. !!

Any suggestions (sensible) please ?
