i'll get a picture sorted out for ya mate.
you know what it looks like though, its the rubber bit that goes in the brake servo to seal it around the vacuum pipe going to the inlet manifold.
mine has split and leaking air, and it failed another mot.
need to get it sorted asap and get it through the re test before next weekend

just finding my feet
is it like the frst ones in the head ?
if not then use you engineering skills and quip by threading the inlet and then the brake servo,, the only downside is its gonna be the only bling thing under your engine bay

i would, but the vacuum hose is only small and the hold in the servo is quite big.
just took the old part off and it even has a part number on it.
didnt expect that for a small piece of rubber with a hold in it

WHAT A FUCKING GEEK

i guess its the one in the servo rather than the inlet or am i mistaken ?

yeah the inlet side is a threaded stud coming out the manifold onto a connector on the pipe.
the servo side is just a push in connecter that goes into the above rubber thing.
i hate trying to describe things. so drawing it was easier.
also some one on mig web is scrapping a cavalier and wanted a pic so he could check if the cav one is the same as a nova.
im gonna try clarkins and auto components in chingford incase they have something similar on the shelf.
im hoping vauxhall have one that i can just go and pick up, but its never happened yet so i doubt it
