I have two options!

1. I go there tomorrow morning & battle it out on my own knowing for a fact i'm in for a fine and a highly possible banning order!

OR

2. I go there tomorrow and ask for it to be withdraw untill a later date (monday 21st) because the solicitor i am in talks with is busy untill then. There shoudln't be a problem with them holding back i've been told, as long as my solicitor writes to them.

If i go for the second option the solicitor i will be seeing wants £400+vat! With him there i'm still going to get a fine but i reckon i have less chance of a banning order. They will listen to him / a solitor more than they will just me. He has mentioned about asking for a conditional discharge.

Is it worth? What do you reckon?

1. £200 - £600 fine & 90% chance of banning order

OR

2. £200- £600 fine, solicitor fees of £400+vat and probably 50% chance of banning order at a guess!

I'm currently thinking more about option 2!
