i watched ufc 69 and tuf 5, didnt expect gsp to lose , and series 5 of tuf looks interesting, fighting in the house and everything . did no one see the michael bisping ducumentary after tuf last night, was very good

Watched it the other night, suprised how much he struggled in his return fight after is break but still got the job done so thats all that matters.

What made me laugh was when he went to cage rage and beat the champ in his fight fight shows the quality of fighters they have there, never rated cage rage.


fighting for the tittle aint he at 70? nice to have a brit champion!

he did look a bit rusty, but the guy he was fighting was a ground and pound fighter, which as bisping admits is his weakness, thats why he's working hard at his takedown defence, he's a toe to toe fighter and likes throwing hands kicks and knees, but thats why i love the ufc, different fighters, different styles, makes for good fights

lee murray, he was quite good but a bit of a gangster i think,he was involved in that massive robbery were they got away with millions and did a runner,think hes been caught now and doing time.
and yes apparently he did knock tito out outside a club lol
