Default Cosworth Turbo Dampers: Whats the best to go for?

Ive now broken 3 standard ford turbo dampers, and im after something better. What would be the best thing for a T34?

do they fit then? i take it the bailey ones are no good?

i had a bailey one and managed to break the support bracket on the turbo...they look nice but they don't actually do a lot though..

RS500 fit fine

RS500 one does not reallt support the weight of the turbo at all.

Its stops resonance breaking the manifold.
