How do I program a Land Rover Key?

How do I program a Land Rover Discovery V reg Key? The one that does the alarm aswell? Got one off ebay but don't know how to program it to the vehicle.

Anyone know?

iirc the last one i bought i got from landrover and i'm pretty sure it come programmed already.

soooooooooo you may have to go to land-rover

sure it needs to be done at land rover or specialist. Mate just had his rangie one done.

Think it has to be done at landrover, my rangerover one cost £60 to done

It can be done by yourself, but people on ebay charge you to tell you howit's done! Thought I'd just check on here first?
