I know that push buttons have been used for many years on race cars but ive never looked at one close up.

Are they just normal switch types at the back or some kind of special low profile so they dont protrude far off the back of the steering wheel???

If they are low profile, anybody know where one can be obtained from???

Im thinking more of the flat metal spoked wheels like my Momo.........

Thanks for that, i'd already seen them and they are quite good, but much more expensive than possibly a Ł1 switch............

Do you know any more about the switches???

Decent quality switches cost good money. The biggest problem is having a big dangling curly cord under the steering wheel, not so bad on a pure race car but a PITA on a road car.
