how long do you get for a re-test? is it 7 or 14 days i forget..

depends on the garage really

certian things they can fix on site are normally fine, but then they get funny about other stuff

i rememebr taking my car for an mot and the guy saying "well, it's failed on a number of things, but once you get it presentable i'll test it for you properly, that'll be £35"

no failure sheet or nothing, cheeky fooker, i told him too

there should be a list, but if not, ask before you have the test
