Default tyre pressures again!

right thought i'd ring up goodyear to find out what tyre pressure i needed in the goodyear eagle F1's

fook me its confusing, for starters the technican said i shouldn't be using eagle F1's on a sierra cosworth

said the load index was 84 for the tyres but higher for a cossie so i shouldn't be using em

and i never knew it was so hard to figure out what tyre pressure your meant to go for

he said he couldn't recommend me a tyre pressure but give me some figures, (maybe ford quotes i think)

loaded front 34 rear 36
unloaded front 30 rear 34

so in theory every time i stick a load of mates in the back i would have to go adjust the tyre pressure?

i have used f1's on my sierra for years with no probs.

i have also had them at 185mph and they were cool.

would love to know more about this load index thing?
