Use any good quality fully synthetic oil with a viscosity of 10-60 or 15-50

why "15" in 15-50 euan?

the 1st number is just the cold viscocity thing, so 15 is pretty bloody high.

but basically there no huge science to it, in a tuned and hard driven turbo car, any decent quality 50 or 60 oil is fine.

40s a bit thin for a tuned turbo car IMO, esp an older one like a RST or Cossie

IMO a 15w is too thick too Stavros, i use a 10-60 in my car.

Tons and tons of folks use 15-50 mobil one and silkolene stuff with no probs tho.
