i'm trying to get tickets for cirque du soleil at the royal albert hall for january next year as a christmas present for the missus

i wanted some decent seats, but when i go to the official albert hall booking site they only have crappy ones left.

would that be because some other place has bought up the good ones and will be selling them off for more, and if so, how do i get them?

never done this before, so any guidance would be much appreciated
