Bit of a strange one but are you allowed to just cut them down

your not ment to but id say it was an accident. Id check to see if it has a tree preservation order thing then id chop the fooker down. If not you will get the local yids round and chain themselves to it

Im sure it has as its at where I work, they wanted it cut down so a sign could be more visible. I know they have to upkeep the landscape on the property

I actually cut this tree down last year for them. They put me and someone else on a chainsaw course first so there will be a record of that in the accounts.
I did set fire to it first as well as there was a wasps nest in the base of the tree which I didnt know about until they starting stinging my face.

i had to chop off the oak tree coming out of my arse this morning. any longer and it would've started jacking me up off the seat.
