Looks like v2.xx to me with some Petrucci touches.

V3 is still a beta version isnt it ?

 

yes apparently so. Im thinking off jumping ship from IPB to be honest, If you look at the top the icons are slightly off sync, which leads me to believe this is 3.0

Your site works and looks good why change and give yourself agro.

I just set up a new forum using 2.0.22 but I must admit I havent
checked on phpBB.com to see if the V3 was finalised yet.

To be honest IPB keep releasing updates which doe smy head in, and phpbb doesnt seem to have the problems IPB has.

I also have found the same colours as i have now that match the phpbb version,
