Ok, you know how sometimes you wake up and your arm is completely dead i.e. no feeling at all and paralysed so you can't move it, then gradually the feeling comes back from your fingers?

Well I think my big toe did that 2 nights ago (must have slept on it funny) but ever since it has been kinda half numb and half pins and needles type feeling...

I've never had it happen this long before.. Will it ever come back?
