RANT FOR THE DAY
Ok, now if I ring my bank, the least I expect is to be able to speak to someone that can actually speak English, or even grasp the basic letters and numbers of our language 
3 different call handlers, not one able to speak english properly, and not one able to deal with my simple enquiry I mean ffs, how difficult is it to understand " can you check my account for a sinlge transaction in the last 48 hours please"
I give up 
20 minuites wasted and still no closer to what I want to know

Get a personal banker. Its the way forward 
They even buy you lunch and stuff. You can ring them 24 hours as well on their mobiles.... well I do
