turn the idle up the screw is at the bottom of the throttle body, its a gold colour with a 14mm lock nut on.

the reason is when its cold the idle valve is working and keeping it at idle but when it gets warm and the idle valve starts to close it wont idle

See loads of idle faults at work due to dirty throttle bodies.

Hi,

Set base idle with warm engine to approx 850/900 rpm,
and if everything else is correct ie throttle switch and the iscv etc,
the tick over should be fine cold control and hot,

Regards Dave R.
