Default 2wd cosworth diff. What should i do?

Im on my third diff now and only have one spare left. i know you can get quaif etc but money is limited. My mates are running at the fast show on sun but i cant as i,ve done a diff at the pod before and its a pain to get home from there if i break it again. What are the cheapest option for me as i would like to be able to launch it with confidance once more.

if you want to launch at the drag strip with confidence and you want a cheap solution - weld it

the cheapest way for you if you want a strong but cheap rear diff is to have the up-rated planet gears and you might aswell have your Viscous coupling up rated too for better traction and handling 180/240Nm thats if it's 7.5" rear diff that will still cost a few quid but would be a lot cheaper than a atb or plated route

Was going to post similar to Marco - drop Marco a PM for an answer to your problems!

He sorted my diff (a standard 4*4 7 incher) and I haven't broken it yet - with a T4 and 2000 miles of thrashing!
