St170 discs on a rs turbo?

Default St170 discs on a rs turbo?
Just seen these on eBay

Just wondering if you can fit 300mm brakes behind 16" Compomotive MO's?

Also, how do the brackets work? Do they go on to the the original caliper bolt holes and then these brackets space the caliper out to hold the bigger disks?

i ran st170 disks conversion on my ka with 15" mo's on so 16" should be no probs for you
