Ok, some of you might remember the 2 forums we had going on here for a while, it got a bad recpetion at the time but i thought it was a good idea and following on from the other thread heres a poll, please vote!

 

nope it was annoying and pointless imo, if you dont want to read a thread you go past it not into a separate forum for non car related stuff, it seems silly having an extra one when " general " discussion manages it fine

 

Its been done as you said. Its just another room for a thread to get lost in.

Sorry but bollox threads should be in the muppet room and others such as car questions in their correct room. That way there is no need for another GD room.

 

Why change a good thing?


It will make the forum seem really quiet as it did

 

It was crap when it was tried & it wont be any different now.
Leave things as they are imo.

i think it worked better as you could post something and still be able to find it relatively eaisly without having to sift through pages and pages of unrelated discussion. Atleast if all "car" type threads are kept together it'll be much easier to search.

For example when ever we have a "buying a xxx car got any advice" threads of which theres often a few, theres usally some bloody good info in these threads which just get lost into oblivion never to be seen again.
