Helper Springs on Coilovers.

What are the benefits?

If so what ones should i get

Both front and rear?

They are used to stop spring dislocation when the car is jacked up as they are very weak and take up the free space when they expand as the weight of the car is lifted.
I Got avo coilovers but have never found the need for them as spring always goes back in seat when lowered but I do check to make sure, there is usualy a bit of crud holding spring in top seat, and the seat inner edges are tapered a bit as well to assist with the correct location.
