Default Reclaiming Charges
I know you can reclaim the charges made by your bank, and have started the process for doing so, also done the same with reclaiming the exit fee charged by last 2 mortgage companies, but does anyone know if you can claim back the charges made by a mortgage company for when you have missed payments etc?
