A challenger for sunny !!!
This is the sort of thing I wanted to do when I had my Prelude (same engine as this civic, basically) 
Guys had 1 go at 1/4 mile and got an 11.4

Easy enough to buy it then get the fucker shipped over by someone else.
Being a 1993 its just over 10yr old so it doesnt have to pass the new SVA tests as it wouldnt in a million years.
Tis a bargain for the power i reckon.
