whats tomtom? i have an XDA2 for work, allround i suppose its ok, but the thing that really pisses me off is that if the battery dies then the back up battery is supposed to take over, which it does, but will still lose all your network/internet settings in the process. As a business tool its average, but if i didnt need it for work use i would be happy enuff with my own V600. Even the camera on the XDA aint all that.

To perform a hard reset first remove the expansion packs if any, thence turn the device on (not connected to AC power) and press
and hold two outside buttons
( 1 Calendar and 4 iPAQ Task ), also insert stylus into the reset
button at bottom of iPAQ and pressing and holding this for 5 secs.Release the above buttons in any sequence. To reactivate iPAQ, insert stylus into soft reset button or simply
connect iPaq to AC adapter.

all hard reset, but the update says,
Clicking the Next button will place the iPAQ Pocket PC in the ROM Update Mode. The normal screen will be replaced with a HP logo and a progress bar.
i just get a VERIFYING THE INFORMATION ON YOUR Ipaq POCKET PC...PLEASE WAIT...
and thats all it was doing, as in walked to the kabab shop came back and still nothing
