you need to swop all the bits over sharp ish,
unless you have an aggread value, the insurance will only give market value, and will not normally give you anything for your extra modds,
get someone with a standard saph for a trade,

Gutted about your motor mate,but glad you`r undamaged.Cars are easily replaced..... Daves are a little harder to come by !!!!!
If you go to a solicitor he will have his own independent engineer so he will value it and sell you the salvage back anyways..... the insurance companys usually don`t get chance to take the car,so you will get it anyway.
