lol......i'm pretty doubtful myself......could be Dingy winding us up
not because of the power, more the shape of the car?? anyway i'd love to prove it correct
LOL....i doubt he'd be interested at all....but i'll mention it, but i know he plans to do some work on it soon, so i'll doubt it'd be anywhere near driveable for ages

...as said with that rear wing i dont reckon more than 195mph is possible unless you got 1000bhp.
Grp A coil would be fine it would really depend on boost pressure blowing the spark out wouldnt it....maybe Karls doesnt run 3 bar like Rod

Back on topic of the choice of Inlet Manifold (sorry to interrupt those of you discussing who has rimmed Karl's anus the most....) I have seen the quality of a few of the Swedish Inlet copies and they they are shocking - not fit to hold garbage - I have witnessed this 1st hand as I bought one from a "reputable" supplier for a customer and it was no thicker than tin foil. It split within days and got thrown out with the trash! I have to agree with Mike R - you do get what you pay for!
Personally, I use a Mountune Barrel Throttle Inlet System, good for my current measly 540bhp.

Lol @ Ryan
They are around, I mean Mike R found one and Scotty has just got one for his new race car. Dunno what they paid for em tho.
Joking apart Ryan, your ported EECV set up should handle reasonable power. Mine just looks more bling, lol. I am getting bored of it now though so may flog it all soon and chuck something else on there!

Just the same as I do with the look of my missus's minge
Yeah, they do but MIS inlets are old hat now lol. Soon, they'll be cropping up on old XR2's (this is a joke by the way!). I'll probably do something different next year, not copy anyone else. MIS inlet does look the dogs danglies tho, I have to say.
Ryan
Yeah, I spose there needs to be the wow factor when you lift the bonnet - which on a Ford is more often than not We gotta have something nice to show the recovery man
Yeah will do! By the way mods - this is not a for sale post
Aye, will do! I will need some more looms shortly!

Well i picked up a 4x4 inlet on the way back from Turbo technics (they gave me a guided tour whilst i waited for my turbo to be repaired ) fitted it straight away and i think the car is now the best its ever been. Peaking at 30 holding 27 to the redline feels very very strong.
If i were to buy a quality swedish would it benafit me at all??
