I'm being charged with theft (really...) although they won't say in what context yet, and I'm due back on the 20th for an official hearing

I had posted the news on another thread but here it is again:
Basicly the grounds I took them from is a privatly owned part on customs grounds wich has been let to someone that uses it to display his 'art'
GET THIS: the mainbody of the rocket along with the 4 boosters and the building debris surrounding it was intended as a piece of art...
The 'artist' (read: retard) was intent on erecting the mainbody, sticking a portret of Hitler on top of it and display it at the border!
The owner has filed charges, attepted theft of an artpiece
WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!?!?!?!
But now for the good news: I had prepared a statement about the mainbody but denied any knowledge of the 4 boosters
The police were under the impression that the owner is a fuckin idiot so they are going to ask the owner to withdraw the charges and if he won't, they'll ask the justice departement to drop them
So; i have 4 boosters and the nosecone of the mainbody at hoe and seemingly got away with it....
I have to be honest though and tell you that in hindsight it wasn't a very smart idea and I hope I won't do anything of the sort again as I could have gotten into a world of shit....
'Ich hab DaB nicht gewuBt' means 'I didn't know that', wich was the excuse of the German people right after ww2.........

TBH the police didn't seem to be too bothered...they were infact quite pleasant and seemed more irrate about the 'artist' than us

all sorts really, overall they tend to be racers but I have a harley and a Husaberg for personal use.
My collegue's got a warrior, bought it brand new 3 years ago and still hasn't gotten round to starting it up for the first time
Nowadays we mostly break racers, seems it's easier money!

All charges have been dropped without further explanation!!!

Right, it's been some time since this all went down but there have been some developements in the meanwhile.....
A month or so ago I received a letter from a german lawfirm and I opened it thinking it was some sort of claim from either the governement or the owner BUT it was infact an offer to buy the mainrocket of the owner!
he must have thought it would be smarter to sell it off than to wait for me to come back for it another night
He wants 7500 euro's for it, wich is might be worth, but things like this are only fun to have when stolen or found (wich is the same thing really ) so he can stick it where the sun don't shine!
The 4 boosters will soon move as well, 2 of them will be suspended from the ceiling of a local Harley dealer with red lights and a smoke-install fitted to the backpiece.
They're gonna make a switch for it on the counter so they can set them off at will
So that is pretty much the end of this adventure, wonder what I'll come across next
