and this was a 30 seconds exposure, amazing how far that stars move in that time

 

had to set up on the tripod cant hold the camera steady enough with me lens now

 

Can see the moon here, but it's got a nice red glow about it

There are some good pics on here but that is ace! How did you get it right at the point the moon was away?

(Kettering! you've got a good taste in geography if not motors !!!)

Eclipse was cool! In fact, no it wasn't cool, it was foookin freezing!

An hour and half on my garden bench watching some bits of rock move very slowly across the sky! I'm still warming up!

Wasnt that cold here though, spent half an hour fucking about with the camera but did have a big parka on though lol

I'm in Raunds and it was freezing!

Been on the ale all afternoon though so that probably didn't help! (only had a rugby shirt on as well!)

I watched it out of my dining room window with the lights off so I stayed nice and warm in front of the radiator

 

the stars havent moved

 

I got a text last night saying "check the moon" i was like WTF

Then when i was at the shop i heard some chavs going on about a total eclipse, looked up and there it was

Looked awesome
