Unless Mike's on his home PC with pop up blocker (although I think he's slowly learning PC related things, lol)
And I'm pretty sure Stu's off out for the night.....

Steve.
How important can anything internet related be in the grand scale of things?
Sadly, i have over 30 Pm's i have yet to reply too as i am too busy running a business and family to spare the internet much of my time at the moment.

He hasn't said he won't help, he's explained why he hasn't gotten around to reading your PM. I think you're being a little unfair.
You could always post up your problem on here, someone may be able to help - if not, nothing lost.

I was on holiday today (hence phone being off hook - you could have tried my mobile though ), and the second I saw your PM this evening (the one and only one I have received from you ), I replied to it as I do all my PMs .
Edited to say I received two identical PMs and deleted one of them, so don't know what time you sent that, but the one I replied to was sent at 10.41 BB time. I replied to it with five minutes of logging on .

I don't think I was at all harsh Phil - I could see Steve was a little wound up, so tried to offer some impartial input, and some advice, (all in a helpfull way I thought......)

Steve,
Many problems with cossies can be sorted out by a thread in GD. Post up your problem or start a seperate thread with the problem(s) and lets see if we can get you the answer. there wont be many cossie related problems that havent been brought up on this forumn mate

Phil, I'm tired and don't really see what you're saying there? I always try to help people, and in a constructive manner, I feel. 99% of my posts are replies to threads, in an effort to assist, the other 1% banter with people I know.
As I said, I could see Steve was a bit miffed, and it looked to me that he got Stu's back up, so I tried to diffuse the situation (for Steve's benefit) and offered another way of assistance - I wasn't 'getting at him.'

I'm not jumping on anyones band wagon, but whenever i've PM'd or emailed Stu or Mike R they have always replied and been very helpfull with thier responses .....they will always reply eventually!

To give Mike his due he has replyed the same day as i posted him, i also posted Stu with the thinking that he would be able to help and also that i would be eventually going to MSD for a complete setup and closed loop fitting, so as a potential customer i did expect a slightly better response especially as he proberly makes a living out of people like me.

Get fooking real, we are talking here about someone who openly admits he is asking for free advice wit a problem and spitting his dummy out in public because Mike and I didnt jump to his attention at once.
Well im sorry that i was too busy dealing with paying customers who have allready booked in work, or customers that have bought things from me that need packing and posting off to them... what a tosser i am eh Phil?

I think some people need a long hard look at themselfs here, asking for free advice is one thing, moaning and berating people on a public forum just becasue YOU didn't get an answer IMMEDIATLY from people who have a buisness to run, family to look after etc etc, is way out of order IMHO .
Mike and Stu have always gone out of thier way to help people out, ask anyone on here
I have personally been to MSD a number of times the last month , and Stu and Kenny are always willing to help people out whenever they can, and IMHO go above and beyond what is normally expected to try and sort people out, but the attitude of people they are trying to help is unbeliveable at times
On tuesday just gone, we were there until 1am just sorting out what should have been a simple fix, but due to circumstances the job turned into a bit of a mare, but Stu stayed until we had it sorted, and he had been there until the same time the night before trying to sort out another customers car.......hardly slacking off is he?
But just imagine, there is actually a point where they HAVE to actually concentrate on the work they have under thier nose, and answering the phone becomes a non-priority, how can they answer the phone/ reply to 45 (probably simple questions that have been answered on here 100's of times before!) PM's in the inbox, when they have a business to run??
If you work 9-5 each day, then spend 2 hours answering the phone/replying to PM's etc, ( not an exageration, the phone was constantly ringing when I was there, 10 calls at 10 mins each soon adds up!!) in effect you have lost more than a WHOLE DAYS work, that you are NOT getting payed for, just giving out "free" advice......
Now can you honestly say you would work for a week, and only expect to get paid for 4 days work? .....
And this is before you even consider the fact that the guys at MSD have a life outside work to contend with?
And when you do go and get your car set up, you will struggle to find a more proffesional and knowledgeable company than MSD, so you would be well advised to take your car there....
and breathe.....
Oh, and I expect an apology would be too much to expect for such a stupid post??

So,
Can this problem of Moonstone Steve's be answered by us moderately technical people on here that arent in the business?
If so, post what the problem is
And Stu does his best, which is better than a lot of people on here, so stop fucking moaning and give him a break

Stu is one of the very few people that is as genuine as they come, he'll help you out with free advice when and if he can BUT he has clear priorities and is honest about them.
You should RESPECT that!
Stu: I can imagine it must be a trying time for you and the family mate
As for Mike...well he's a cunt really...but also one the most helpfull ones!
