Default tech posts in tech section?

shouldnt they be posted in the correct section? how come theres so many in the general discussion section all the time? its not difficult to understand really

Because very few people answer in there.

Here everyone sees them, and chances are you'll get a quicker answer.

Sadly, some peeps barely venture out of GD, so everything seems to go in GD.

Once tech posts have been answered perhaps the Posters could ask a mod to move it to the tech section for future reference? Just an idea.

As SiB as just said, but from personal experiance this week,

posted a tech question in the right section, got 0 replys and 8 view in 8 days now,

posted the same question in GD, got help and fault ideas, in about 10mins, just fixed it this morning, mainly from the help, from the answers posted in GD
